She Had The Power All Along, to Learn to Love Herself From The Inside with Susan Burrell and Jennifer Seven

In Episode 11, Jennifer chats with Susan Burrell, intuitive healer and spiritual guide, about her 28 year marriage, and after discovering her husband was cheating on her (again), she finally had enough.  She came to the realization that she had been married to a narcissist and had lost almost all sense of her own self worth.  Susan came to an even deeper reckoning when her health took a very precarious turn, and she almost died from Type 1 diabetes.  Her toxic marriage, and ignoring the red flags was taking a toll on her.  As she began to restore her health, she took time to reflect on the toll the dysfunction of her marriage was taking on  her life.  She got the distinct message that the marriage was over, that the "contract" was complete.  

After the divorce, Susan went on a journey of self healing, of repairing her soul.  Along the way, she wrote the book, "Live Your Empowered Life:  A 30- Day Journey Book."  She used the tools in the book to heal herself, and she coaches women on how to find their way to loving themselves.  Susan shares that we must learn to love ourselves from the inside out; when we do that, the love radiates and becomes our contagion.  And our lives shift.
