Welcome to Season 1, Episode 6, with Jennifer Seven and DebiJo Wheatley of Designs by Debijo.  Debi shares her story of loss, grieving her husband of many years, who she lost to leukemia, and how she navigated her grief to build a new life.  She was a nurse for many years, and with her husband's support, she transitioned into a staging and design business.  After his passing, she sold their home and downsized.  She also contributed her time and energy supporting and fundraising for LLS.  Debi has a hugely giving spirit.  She began to build her business through networking and always helping others.  Along the way, she opened her heart and found a second love.  Tragically, she lost this love unexpectedly.

But, with her unbreakable spirit, DebiJo kept moving forward.  She decided to follow her passion, selling her home for the second time, and making a big decision to move to the beach.  Living at the beach was always her dream and she made it her reality.  So she began again, with a new home, new and old friends, and her design business continues to thrive and grow.  And several years after the loss of her second love, she opened her heart again, and has a new love in her life.
